Ratchet & Clank PS4: Game Tagged As 'Addictive'

The reboot of the "Ratchet & Clank" game has got users hooked. Some players shared that they do not want to let go of their PS4 pad when playing the game.

Daily Star said that though the game developed by Insomniac is not widely discussed, it promises great and exciting adventures for the players. It is set to be officially released on April 20.

For those who have already initially tried playing the game, "Ratchet & Clank" is something to watch out for. "It is visually stunning, seriously funny and endlessly addictive to the point we didn't want to put the controller down," said Daily Star's James Wright. "In short, it's damn near perfect."

Wright said he considers the game as one of the "best-looking" games on the PS4. He especially made mention of its rich colors and vibrant ambiance.

The same report noted that the reboot now comes with new features which make it fresh and exciting to play. The weapons used in the game is also notable including the Pixelizer which transforms enemies into 8-bit characters and the Groovitron which makes monsters dance.

According to Kotaku, the game developer also tweaked some parts of the game like the meeting of Ratchet and Clank. It, however, explained that the outcome and circumstances of the meeting were unchanged.

It also made mention of the collectible cars which can add bonuses to a player. "Collecting a three-card set can up an amount of money (bolts) that drop from enemies and broken boxes," says Kotaku.

With all these exciting features, Wright said that "Ratchet & Clank" is a must-buy for kid and adults who own a PS4. He explained that there are some features where it does not meet the expectations of the players but Wright was confident in saying that it could be considered as one of the best games released this year.
