‘Fifty Shades Darker’ Release Date, News & Update: Hugh Dancy To Play As Dr. John Flynn; Dakota Johnson, Jamie Dornan Seen Wearing Wedding Rings

Hugh Dancy was recently announced to be part of the "Fifty Shades of Grey" sequel, "Fifty Shades Darker." The "Hannibal" star will play Dr. John Flynn, the psychiatrist and therapist responsible for Christian Grey's treatment.

According to Inquisitr, Dr. John Flynn will be the specialist that knows everything about Christian Grey's (Jamie Dornan) kinky little secrets. Also, he is the only one who's keeping the handsome billionaire's mysterious background he is trying to hide from Anastasia Steele (Dakota Johnson).

As per "Fifty Shades of Grey" own Wiki page, Dr. John Flynn uses Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to treat Christian Grey. He will be also the one who will nurse Leila Williams (Bella Heathcote) later in the story.

The physician is living in England but, chose to stay in Seattle when he got married to an American woman, named Rhian, and has two sons. Fans are now excited for the arrival of Dr. John Flynn in "Fifty Shades Darker" and his scenes with Christian Grey.

"Fifty Shades Darker" enthusiasts are expecting they would see the significant scene they've read the book. In the vital sequence, Dr. John Flynn and Christian Grey are highly bidding for Anastasia Steele in a masquerade charity ball.

Moreover, the excitement fueled even more when Hugh Dancy was spotted at the Vancouver International Airport in Canada on Monday. The 40-year-old actor arrived in the city to start filming and portray his role as Dr. John Flynn in "Fifty Shades Darker," Just Jared reported.

A set of pictures have been emerging online, focusing on Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan's fingers. Spoiler alert, in the "Fifty Shades Darker" book, Anastia Steele becomes Mrs. Grey in the sequel. "Fifty Shades Darker" is set to be released on Feb. 10, 2017.
