'The Winds of Winter' Release Date, News & Update: Arya Will Not Get Superpowers; Arya And Bran Will Face Their Demise

The fans of the popular novel, "A Song of Ice and Fire" have been waiting for its sixth book for over four years now. While the book is still in the dark, new reports suggest that there will be many deaths in "The Winds of Winter."

More Deaths in 'The Winds of Winter'

George RR Martin is full of surprises and twists. You can never really tell what's on his mind and for sure, fans will feel it again in "The Winds of Winter." In the last book, Martin killed Jon Snow, which broke the hearts of many. Who will face their death in "TWOW?"

Yibada reported that Daenerys Targaryen and Tyrion Lannister will die in "The Winds of Winter." The promotional clip of "Game of Thrones" Season 6 suggests that the mother of dragons and Tyrion will soon face their demise.

In a separate report  from Yibada, there are rumors that Bran and Arya will also die in "The Winds of Winter." Meanwhile, the crowd favorite character Jon Snow may return, per iDigital Times.

In the book, "A Dance With Dragons" Bran met the three-eyed crow or raven and he started to see visions after the said incident. At the time, nothing has come out of it, but the "Game of Thrones" season 6 trailer seemed to include an actual flashback suggesting that Bran's vision will answer some of the biggest mysteries in the series. Will this be Bran's last mission? Is he ready to die in "The Winds of Winter?"

No Superpower for Arya in "TWOW"

Meanwhile, Yibada noted that Arya will not gain any superpower in "The Winds of Winter." In fact, she might also face her demise just like the others. Per the reports, "The Winds of Winter" will not be kind to the Stark siblings, Arya and Bran.

There are rumors that "The Winds of Winter" will be out before "Game of Thrones" season 7 but George RR Martin has not confirmed any release date yet.
