Sorry, Ryan Sweeting! Kaley Cuoco has finally found a new man in her man and she's absolutely happy. In an Instagram post last week, the 30-year-old "The Big Bang Theory" actress was seen getting cozy with her rumored new boyfriend and billionaire heir Karl Cook.

Kaley Cuoco recently dropped subtle hints that she's off the market again after she shared a series of Instagram photos to her 2.6 million followers. But on Apr. 8, Cuoco seemed to confirm that she's dating 25-year-old professional equestrian Karl Cook when she captioned a photo of them together with, "That's what happy looks like," Daily Mail notes.

Rumors about Kaley Cuoco's dating life circulated last month after she was spotted with Karl Cook during the BNP Paribas Open tennis match in Indian Wells, California on Mar. 12. According to Us Weekly, the rumored couple began dating in early March.

Even though many were quick to think that Kaley Cuoco and Karl Cook might be getting married soon, a source admitted that it's too early to jump into that thought. However, the insider stressed that the couple are comfortable and smitten with each other.

"They really like each other so far but it's only been a month," an insider told the magazine about Cuoco's newfound relationship.

Kaley Cuoco's budding romance came after she admitted on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" in February that she feels this 2016 will be a better year for year. "The Wedding Ringer" star also added that she's in a much better place now than she was after her divorce in 2015, E! News reveals.

"Last year was very bizarre," Cuoco said during her interview with host Ellen DeGeneres. "We all go through really weird ups and downs. And sometimes I'm a little bit more seen."

"Everyone goes through that stuff, so I already feel like 2016 is going to be a much better year than 2015," Cuoco added. "And you know, it's been rough, but things are going good. I'm much, much better now. I'm in a much better place than I was."
