There are rumors that Darth Vader will return in "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story." In fact, on actor will be giving life to the iconic mask again, who is he?

According to DailyPost, the "Ryhl" actor Spencer Wilding will be the man behind the iconic mask in the "Star Wars" franchise. Per the report, the actor was tipped to be the new Darth Vader in "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story."

However, Wilding remains tight-lipped about the issue. In fact, when asked, his only comment was, "I can't confirm or deny any rumors at this time." His answer seems to suggest something, that he will be indeed part of "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" because if he is not, then he could have just denied it.

Wilding Has A Wide Experience & Fits For The Role

Per the report, in the original trilogy, David Prowse played the role of Darth Vader. Prowse is only an inch shorter than the 6ft 7" kick-boxing champ. Windling has been involved in several huge films, including "Harry Potter," "Green Lantern," "Pan," "The Wolfman," "Beowulf & Grendel" and more.

 Daisy Ridley Clears Speculations About Her Character

MoviePilot reported that there are rumors that Rey (Daisy Ridley) is Jyn Ersos's (Felicity Jones) daughter. The two characters have a striking resemblance. Aside from their appearance, both share the same accent.

Although the speculations about the potential relationship of Ridley and Jone's characters seem reasonable, Ridley has something else to say about it. "I'm not being funny you guys, but just because she's white and got brown hair... it doesn't mean she's my mom," she told MTV.

The "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" star already knows Rey's parents and she thinks that it's not a big thing. "So to me, it's funny that people think it's so important because I don't really think it is," she added.

"Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" will hit theaters on Dec. 16.
