‘Teen Wolf’ Season 6 Air Date, Spoilers, News & Updates: Mermaids And Zombies Will Be Introduced?

"Teen Wolf" Season 6 is expected to introduce another mythology, as the MTV series often explores different kinds of mythologies and creatures every season. Apart from the Nazi werewolf, will Scott, Stiles and the rest of the Pack battle with mermaids and zombies in the upcoming season?

"Teen Wolf" is known for exploring different mythological creatures each season and in Season 6, the show has already introduced the Nazi werewolf as one of the villains. However, it turns out that Scott (Tyler Posey), Stiles (Dylan O'Brien) will not only be dealing with the Nazi werewolf, but there are a few more villains coming to Beacon Hills.

Movie Pilot notes on the possible mythological creatures that will be seen in "Teen Wolf" Season 6. While vampires may already be overly used in TV shows and movies, it may be interesting to see how Scott and the Pack will deal with a vampire in town.

"Teen Wolf" Season 6 may also feature zombies, as the show has already introduced Chimeras and even a Banshee. The publication also notes on the possible appearance of mermaids in the upcoming season, as this will definitely make things more interesting.

While it remains to be seen whether "Teen Wolf" Season 6 will feature any of the aforementioned mythological creatures, showrunner Jeff Davis told TVLine in an earlier interview that the Nazi werewolf will be a threat. Davis also shared that Stydia fans will have something to look forward to next season.

"Something big happens in the very first episode of Season 6 between Stiles and Lydia, which you'll have to tune in to see," he said.

"Teen Wolf" Season 6 is also expected to focus on the younger characters, particularly Liam (Dylan Sprayberry). Several reports claim that he is being poised to take over Scott's role as the "Teen Wolf 2.0."
