It's still almost three months before the premiere of the much-anticipated "Bourne" sequel, "Jason Bourne." However, things are getting more interesting with the recent release of it full-length movie trailer.

Matt Damon is returning in the fifth installment of the "Bourne" franchise, "Jason Bourne." It will be depicting Jason Bourne's journey in finding his true identity.

The latest "Jason Bourne" trailer, however, hinted more intriguing and action-filled scenes that fans are surely excited for. So, here are the 3 intriguing scenes in Damon's upcoming film.

1. "Jason Bourne" Teases All Sorts Of Classic Bourne Action

As seen in the latest "Jason Bourne" trailer, Damon's shirtless titular character was seen throwing punches to several men. He was also seen nailing henchmen with chair legs instead of pens, not to mention the major car chase scene in Las Vegas, The Independent notes. Sounds intriguing, right?

2. The Athens Riot Scene In "Jason Bourne"

In the trailer, Jason Bourne and Nicky Parsons (Stiles) were seen in the middle of a major riot in Athens. Unfortunately, the meeting turned into an intense action sequence as the CIA tracked the duo through the facial recognition technology.

Jason Bourne was also seen slamming down Molotov cocktails at a riot outside the Greek parliament. According to director Paul Greengrass, the Athens riot scene was distinctive to the "Bourne" series while Damon added the storyline leads to the chase that started when Bourne helped Parsons escape some pursuers.

"Life out in the cold isn't working for either of them," Damon told Entertainment Weekly. "Nicky uses the riot for cover to meet with him, but she gets followed, and that sets the plot in motion."

3. A Glimpse Of Other "Jason Bourne" Cast

Avid "Bourne" fans were also treated with a closer look at some of Jason Bourne's supporting cast including Alicia Vikander as a technology-savvy CIA analyst and Tommy Lee Jones as a CIA honcho. In addition, Vincent Cassel, Riz Ahmed and Ato Essandoh were also part of "Jason Bourne" cast, Collider reports.

Meanwhile, "Jason Bourne" will be depicting various conflicts in the post-Snowden realm. A dark storyline linked to Bourne's past life is also expected and fans will be able to get a glimpse of Damon's character's comeback to the place where his identity search started.

"The conclusion we came to... we find him in a very dark and tortured place," Damon explained, as per The Wrap. "He's living with the same things as he was before, and then he goes to find Julia Stiles' character."

"Jason Bourne" will be released in U.K. cinemas on Jul. 27, 2016. The fifth installment will then hit the theaters in the United States on Jul. 29, 2016, as per Games Radar.
