"Five Nights at Freddy's" Gameplay

"Five Nights at Freddy's" is set in a restaurant called Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. You will be playing as Mike Schmidt, a newly hired nightshift security personnel. He learned about his creepy job after hearing a recording from the first security personnel in the establishment.

Your goal in "Five Nights at Freddy's" is to avoid a jumpscare from the five animatronics, so you can survive until 6 a.m. when Schmidt's shift is over. Here are "Five Nights at Freddy's" tips from N4BB.

Survive Your First Night

While playing "Five Nights at Freddy's" you can press and hold C + D and press the [keyboard plus]. You will immediately advance to the victory screen, where you will see the clock ticking. You just survived the night. No sweat.

Surviving Any Night

According to Cheat Code Central, when playing "Five Nights at Freddy's" you do not have to check all the camera. Just focus on foxy and make sure that the laptop is close.

Check the doors, one by one until even if Foxy peeks just keep on going. When you see Foxy lying on the floor, that's the time you need to check on it more often.

Skip the hallway and the curtain if it is open because it will leave you with no time to close the door. If Foxy is not in the room and the curtains are open, quickly close the door to your left. If Chica is not in the room, close it and look at the hallway to your left.

You will see Foxy running but no worries because you already closed the door. Check the right and left doors for Bonny, if it's not there open it. Check for Foxy once more and proceed with the game normally, just close the door quickly if you see any animatronics.

1987 Mode / The Bite of '87

You need to survive Night 6 to unlock Night 7 or the custom night where you can chance the AI level of the animatronics to 1/9/8/7 to enable the "The Bit of '87" mode.

The Golden Freddy

To get Golden Freddy to appear, stare at the poster on CAM28 at the West Hall Corner right next to your office. The poster featured a normal Freddy holding a microphone while saying "Celebrate." Pay close attention to the poster until it changes to a close-up photo of the Golden Freddy.

Close the laptop and switch to another camera immediately and you will see the Golden Freddy in your office. To escape for your life, put the camera back up once you see him and it should keep him away.
