Lip Sync Conversation: Jimmy Fallon And Ariana Grande Put Twist To TV Show Battle

The usual lip sync battle on television just got better and more peaceful. TV host Jimmy Fallon and singer Ariana Grande introduced the lip sync conversation on Monday night during The Tonight Show.

In the TV show episode, the two celebrities talked inside Grande's dressing room in the tune of popular songs, mostly pop. When Fallon entered the room, he greeted the singer with G-Eazy's "Me, Myself and I" with Ariana replying to "What's Up" by 4 Non Blondes.

They then updated each other by talking about their latest Instagram posts. The "Problem" singer showed a photo of her as a young kid while singing Lukas Graham's "7 Years" while Fallon responded with a Frank Sinatra song.

According to Wixx101, the conversation went on with Grander opening about a past experience with the TV host while singing Major Lazer and DJ Snake's "Lean On." Fallon, on the other hand, responded with Rihanna's hit single "Work."

They also used Magic!'s "Rude," "Ignition" by R. Kelly, Sia's "Chandelier," Ariana's own "Dangerous Woman," Beyonce's "Sandcastles" and finally's NSync's "Bye Bye Bye." The new version of this lip sync collaboration has amused the audience especially those already tired with the competitive vibe of the lip sync battle. PopSugar even termed the new lip sync variant as something in "a whole new level."

Wixx101 said that Grande later on sat down in an interview with Fallon and talked about her dog Toulouse, which she takes with her wherever she goes. When asked if the dog is trained, the singer said it is not but just seems "to get" whatever is going on around him.

Grande also called out some family members—her mother, brother and grandmother—who were in the audience watching the interview. She even shared that when she told her grandma that she will bring her to the show, the latter started searching for an outfit for the show.
