After the success of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens," fans are looking forward to the next films on the way. One of it is "Star Wars 8" and according to reports, Luke Skywalker and Rey's costumes are finally revealed.

Rey And Luke Skywalker's Costume in "Star Wars 8" Revealed

Star Wars Direct teases the upcoming costumes of Rey and Luke Skywalker in "Star Wars 8." According to Melty, the most noticeable feature of the costume mockups for Rey and Luke is the hands. Luke sports his bionic appendage that emphasizes his divergence from the mainline Resistance following the destruction of his Jedi School.

On the other hand, Rey (Daisy Ridley) is holding a baton in her right hand, similar to the one she used in "Star Wars: The Force Awakens." However, the report notes that what she is holding is not really a baton but a two-headed lightsaber that was first introduced in "The Phantom Menace."

Daisy Ridley Shows Off Her Jedi Skills

Speaking of a lightsaber, Daisy Ridley has been working out to train herself for handling a Lightsaber for "Star Wars 8." Ridley posted a short clip of her doing wushu martial arts training using what looks like a practice lightsaber per Business Insider.

In this clip, you will be impressed with Daisy Ridley's skills. The actress indeed deserves her own lightsaber for "Star Wars 8." The video was taken by Liang Yang, a stuntman of the popular franchise.

Who Are Rey's Parents?

Many are still talking about Rey's parents who are not featured in "Star Wars: The Force Awakens." In a separate report from Melty, there are speculations that she is the daughter of Luke Skywalker and Jyn Erso from "Rogue One A Star Wars Story."
