Expecting father Adam Levine has revealed what his wife Behati Prinsloo has been craving during her pregnancy. The Maroon 5 frontman said there is one fruit that the Victoria's Secret has constantly been asking for.

"She's eating a lot of watermelon, a lot of watermelon," the "Sugar" singer mentioned during an interview with Jimmy Fallon. "Because, you know, they get random cravings for stuff and it's just like, so much watermelon!" Aside from the fruit, Levine said his wife also occasionally asks for ice cream.

He noted that he is happy with the choice of fruit of his wife because it is "delicious." Levine added that he is just glad that the supermodel is not craving for pickles or other weird food varieties.

Maroon 5's lead singer has also revealed his excitement on Prinsloo's pregnancy saying that they have long waited for this blessing. "It's always been part of the plan," the 37-year-old singer said.

According to Entertainment Tonight, Levine has been very happy with the news of expecting their first baby. "I'm ready to be a dad. You're born to be a parent, that's what we're here for, really," he was quoted by the same report as saying. "All the other s*** is great, but it's not what we're here for."

He also mentioned with US Weekly that they are expecting a baby girl. "I'm having a girl," Levine said with a proud smile.

The couple has waited long enough for a baby since their marriage in July 2014. News about Prinsloo's pregnancy came out early March with the couple later on confirming the rumors through their social media accounts.

On his Instagram page, Levine posted a photo of the supermodel in a red bikini with a noticeable baby bump that came with the caption "My two favorite laker fans." Prinsloo also recently shared a snap of her belly where she mentioned that her pregnancy has been "so far so good."
