The Royals VS. The Obamas: Prince Harry, Queen Elizabeth II Feuding Against US President Barack And Michelle Obama? See Hilarious Invictus Games Promo Vid On Twitter

Are the Obamas and the British royals feuding? Well, U.S. President Barack and First Lady Michelle Obama are just waging a friendly war against Prince Harry and Queen Elizabeth II for the upcoming Invictus Games, which will be held in Orlando, Florida this May.

The Obamas' Message

In a Twitter post, the Obamas proved their competitive sides when they sent Prince Harry a warning message. According to E! News, President Barack Obama warned Prince Harry to be "careful" on what he wishes for while uniformed men standing behind the president and wife Michelle provided the symbolic mid drop, "Boom."

The British Royals' Response

Prince Harry, on the other hand, showed the warning message of the Obamas to his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II. Unfortunately, the Queen appeared to be unimpressed with the Obamas' threat, uttering the phrase, "Oh really? Please," after she saw the video, Daily Mail notes. The royals' response ended with 31-year-old Prince Harry making his own mid drop hand signal. A move that clearly hinted the victory of the Brits.

The Invictus Games

The friendly banter between the Royals and the Obamas was for the upcoming Paralympic-style sporting event called Invictus Games in Orlando, Florida on May 8-12 at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Prince Harry first launched the game in 2014 in London.

Through the power of sports, the Invictus Games aims to inspire and help the recovery and rehabilitation of wounded, injured and sick servicemen and women who served their country. The organization also aims to promote awareness in understanding and respecting the wounded veterans.

Meanwhile, the next Invictus Games will take place in Toronto, Canada in 2017 with Canadian star Mike Myers as the event's special guest. This year's event will feature 500 participants from Afghanistan, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Iraq, Italy, United Kingdom and the United States, The Telegraph learns.

"I always hoped the Invictus story would continue after the London games," Harry said in a video message. "And having seen so many new people benefit from their journey to Orlando this year, I definitely didn't want it to end here. So today, I am absolutely delighted to announce that the Invictus legacy will continue when Toronto hosts the third Invictus Games in September 2017."
