Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani Relationship: 'The Voice' Coach Cheers GF For Disney Hero Award

As Gwen Stefani received her "Hero Award" on Sunday during the Radio Disney Music Awards night, boyfriend Blake Shelton was her biggest cheerleader. The "No Doubt" singer was all praises for the country singer as she teased an upcoming duet with Shelton.

E! News said that there was a standing ovation for the 46-year-old singer-songwriter at the Microsoft Theater after she was introduced by Pharrell Williams. Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani shared a sweet kiss before the latter went up the stage to receive her award.

"This is crazy that this is happening to me! I never thought, I mean who am I, that I would ever make a difference?" Gwen Stefani said in her acceptance speech. "I am so honored to be here, I am so honored to be making music."

Blake Shelton's girlfriend said she is blessed that she is able to share her music with other people. "I am so healed by you!" Gwen Stefani added.

According to USA Today, Gwen Stefani also expressed her appreciation for producer and artist Pharrell. Gwen Stefani called Pharrell "her hero" before telling him that she loves him "so much."

Gwen Stefani earlier told E! that she considers a lot of people heroes in her life like her parents and her children. "There's been certain people that have pointed me in the right direction, reminded me how blessed I am," she added.

The singer has a lot in store for her fans in the coming months including a summer tour with Eve. Gwen Stefani is also taking her relationship with Blake Shelton to the next level with them recording a duet entitled, "Go Ahead and Break My Heart," which will come out in Shelton's new album "If I'm Honest." 

"I am excited because I never in my wildest dreams thought I would write a song with that guy," Gwen Stefani said, referring to Blake Shelton. Gwen Stefani also claimed that working with Blake Shelton was a great experience since he is a talented singer and an amazing writer.
