Singer Meghan Trainor Took Down Her New Music Video For Too Much Photoshop; Unedited Version Now Back Online

Singer Meghan Trainor pulled the music video of her latest single, "Me Too," after realizing that her waist has been Photoshopped in post-production, without her consent. After 24 hours, the singer's label re-serviced the clip on Tuesday afternoon in an unaltered form.

Trainor was quick to respond to fans that pointed out that her body had been slimmed down in some shots in the music video. The 22-year old singer's midsection appeared to be smaller and curvier.

The outspoken quickly took to Snapchat to express her concerns that the post-production team "Photoshopped the crap" out of her. Trainor explained that she did not approve the video that went out the world, which what made her feel embarrassed, according to Us Magazine.

The "Like I'm Gonna Lose You" singer said that she did not understand why someone made the changes. She even lamented in one of her Snapchat posts that she had a bomb waist the night the music video was made and claimed that she does not have a teeny waist.

Trainor explained in one of her posts that she took down the new music video until her label fixed it. Although the music video was one her favorite videos of all time, she was not determined to let fans see it until the alterations have been discarded.

Just a day after the original music video was released, a new and unaltered version of the "Me Too" single is back online. Trainor insisted her label to take it down and reservice Trainor in her real form.

In an interview with Howard Stern on SiriusXM on Tuesday, the young singer displayed a sense of humor about the entire editing screw up. Despite the humorous stance, she was clearly still not pleased especially since the song makes a loud and proud statement about body acceptance.

Trainor shared in the interview that she initially thought that fans were messing with her waist as seen in the screenshots found on Instagram. She soon realized that it wasn't the fans that were messing with her.

The powerhouse singer called the "gods of Vevo" to have the video taken down. Trainor explains to Stern that she is the "poster child for no Photoshop," according to Billboard.
