Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton Relationship News: ‘No Doubt’ Singer Deems Duet With ‘The Voice’ Judge 'Miracle'

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton's performance of "Go Ahead and Break My Heart" at "The Voice" over the past week made noise. Now, the "No Doubt" singer revealed that her duet with her fellow NBC reality show judge for his upcoming album, "If I'm Honest," seemed to be a "miracle."

"That feels crazy. That feels extreme," Gwen Stefani told E! News. The "Don't Speak" hitmaker was surprised that she worked with Blake Shelton for "If I'm Honest" and even composed a song with him.

In fact, Gwen Stefani revealed that their presentation of "Go Ahead and Break My Heart" on "The Voice" was quite unexpected. "Everyone got to see that. It was a miracle. It was incredible," she proudly said.

Blake Shelton, on the other hand, boasted that "Go Ahead and Break my Heart" was one of the best songs he had ever written. He even described it as a totally complete duet with a fair recital of him and Gwen Stefani, International Business Times reported.

Blake Shelton explained that his collaboration with Gwen Stefani was very special as he doesn't usually write songs with other people. The country singer disclosed that "Go Ahead and Break my Heart" was a "very personal" song for him and Gwen Stefani as writing it became their bond.

Moreover, Blake Shelton's "If I'm Honest" was about telling the truth of the real happenings of his life, particularly heart matters. In fact, he revealed that he wanted to use the word "truth" in his new LP, but Gwen Stefani stopped him.

Blake Shelton's upcoming album, "If I'm Honest," will be released on May 20. While he and Gwen Stefani were set to perform again together at the imminent 2016 Billboard Music Awards on May 22.
