[VIDEO] Despite Perceptions,Awesom Dads Are Just Like Moms Around New Babies

Why is it that dads don't get the same appreciation when it comes to caring for babies as moms? A new father is trying to change this perception in a video he presents with his daughter.

Ryen Van Grol shared that he and his wife were given "the greatest gift on earth" when their first child, a girl, was born. He proceeds to show what new and excited dads like him really do when they are with their new baby. It turns out that daddies go through the same rigors, routines and emotions as mommies. Despite passing out from tiredness, Ryen claims he's "enjoying every second of it." 

Ryen is not a stay-at-home father, but he's using his paternity leave to to bond with his baby girl. He's in the running for Father of The Year, don't you think? Watch the special video below:
