‘Jurassic World 2’ Release Date, News & Update: ‘JP 4' Plans In Action-Packed Sequel? Dinosaur Alliance To Bust Drug Rings?

"Jurassic World 2" will reportedly continue to borrow heavily from the intended plot for "JP 4." The action-packed "Jurassic World 2" will see more interaction between dinosaurs and humans as allies.

'Jurassic Park 4' Blueprint In New Dinosaur Trilogy

MTV notes that the plans that surfaced for "JP 4" seems to be the premise for "Jurassic World 2." The initial "JP 4" plans were discontinued presumably as the abrupt switch from wild dinosaurs to militarized weapons might not have worked.

While the first "Jurassic Park" film had been well-received, the same could not be said about its sequels. The last two "Jurassic Park" films did not match the standards set by the first.

Adding "JP 4," which "Jurassic World 2" is now built on, would only have added to the jarring jumps between sequels in the first trilogy. "Jurassic World," however, seems to have set the groundwork well for its sequel.

'Jurassic World 2' Dinosaurs As Justice Workers?

Trained dinosaurs working hand in hand with authorities in "Jurassic World 2" is now a highly anticipated concept. The idea of dinosaur alliance with humans to enforce the law in "Jurassic World 2" is no longer laughable.

According to MTV, "JP 4" intended to create dinosaurs that fought crimes. Bringing drug rings to justice and aiding law enforcement was a "JP 4" concept.

An Open Market In 'Jurassic World 2'

Cinema Blend reports that "Jurassic World 2" is well set up for plot expansion. Thanks to BD Wong as Dr Henry Wu running off with dinosaur embryos, "Jurassic World 2" is now a believable story of finding dinosaur technology in the open market.

InGen will no longer be the puppet master in "Jurassic World 2." Instead, "Jurassic World 2" may see InGen being phased out by fierce market competition.

Despite the expected changes in "Jurassic World 2," familiar faces will remain to lend cohesion to the storyline. Chris Pratt as Owen Grady and Bryce Dallas Howard as Claire Dearing will remain leads in "Jurassic World 2" on June 22, 2018.
