Anne Hathaway Reveals How She Got Her Pre-Pregnancy Figure Back; 'Alice Through The Looking Glass' Star Praises Husband Adam Shulman's Fathering Style

Anne Hathaway welcomed her first child named Jonathan Rosebanks Shulman two months ago. The actress quickly bounced back to her pre-pregnancy figure, and she's ready to reveal how she did it.

In an exclusive interview with ET to promote her latest flick "Alice Through the Looking Glass," Hathaway said she uses "compression garments and a lot of support" to aid her in regaining her pre-pregnancy body. The 33-year-old actress also told E! News that she's doing "very, very well" since her son was born.

Origin Of Baby Boy's Name

Hathaway is also quick to praise her husband Adam Shulman, who she married in September 2012. According to Hathaway, it was no surprise that Shulman, a jewelry designer, is a "spectacular" father to their child, ET further reported.

The unique middle name of Hathaway and Shulman's name reportedly came from both sides of the couple's family. E! News wrote that the actress' paternal grandfather's name was Roseline while Shulman's mother's maiden name is Banks. Shulman's middle name is Banks as well.

Hathaway also makes sure that she stays healthy and fit through getting vitamins and minerals. Check out how she maintains her good health below.

Hathaway Talks Marriage

In an interview with People in January 2015 to promote "Song One," an indie film she co-produced with Shulman, Hathaway said that their marriage transformed the dynamic of their relationship in a good way. Shulman, meanwhile, said that "he continues to fall deeper and deeper in love" with his wife, the news outlet added.

New Film Exudes Girl Power

Hathaway reprises her role as the White Queen a.k.a. Mirana of Marmoreal in "Alice Through the Looking Glass." Other recurring stars are Mia Wasikowska (Alice), Johnny Depp (Mad Hatter), Helena Bonham Carter (Red Queen) and the late Alan Rickman (Caterpillar). Newcomer Sacha Baron Cohen is playing a new main character called Time.

During a press conference for the movie, Hathaway urged journalists and the media to stop insisting that women lose power as they get older. She referred to Wasikowska's character in the film -- the iconic and courageous Alice -- and how the latter broke away from the common stereotype that women have limitations and are bound to fail. "Alice Through the Looking Glass" will bow in theaters on May 27, 2016.
