"The Bachelor" Season 20 couple Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell may be facing a lot of challenges ahead in their relationship. According to Entertainment Tonight, Higgins is "seriously considering" entering politics and running for a seat in the Colorado House of Representatives.

Higgins confirmed the aforementioned report, as he recently launched a website for his supporters. "The Bachelor" 2016 admitted that he still has not made a final decision, but he has always wanted to "work in charitable and humanitarian organizations" since he starred on the ABC dating show.

This led to speculations that "The Bachelor" 2016 Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell's wedding may be put on hold since running for a seat in the house of representatives will take up much of Higgins' time. This may ultimately drive a wedge between Higgins and Bushnell's relationship, as earlier reports claim that the couple has been fighting nonstop over "The Bachelorette" 2016 Jojo Fletcher.
