Elsa and Ana, should give way to the new princess of Disney. She is a Latina, the first of her kind and she is a spin-off of another of Disney's popular Sofia the first.

Parents.com has reported that the story of Princess Elena of Avalor is going to have its kick off, in a one-hour premier on July 22, 2016. The princess will be voiced by Aimee Carrero. Latin Grammy Award-winner Gaby Moreno will perform the theme song for the sequel.

Little girls, and boys will now have a new character to behold and admire. If you're kids love to watch Dora the Explorer and have also watched the movie Alladin, they will be able to easily grasp the vibe that Elena will bring into town.

Yes, Elena is more of a cross-over of both characters mentioned. A very adventurous soul in a teenage princess, but who is trapped inside an amulet jewel for a few years. She was set free by Sofia so she may be able to come home to her parents as a crown princess and await the day she becomes queen.

Her travel adventures is not that easy as she will still have to defeat a sorceress who plays the villain in Elena's adventure. Deadline, reported that the story is expected to be influenced by the cultures of Hispanic and Latin influence.

The songs will be in Latin style pop, salsa, banda and Chilean hip-hop. Furthermore, the first season they say will feature Hector Elizondo as one of their guest stars. He will play the wicked wizard. Also present will be Lou Diamond Philips who is going to be the debonair villain and a Japanese king in the person of George Takai.

While waiting for July 22, fans can already start downloading the Disney app that will let them feature the full-length preview of the first episode. It's going to be muy Bueno!
