The Duggars Under Fire Again For Lack Of Consideration In The Orlando Shooting; Family Against LGBT, Blames Victims For Their Doom?

The Duggars is in hot waters again. This time, not for Josh's molestation scandal but due to the posts they shared online, which many believe was inappropriate. Read more to know the details.

The Duggars Against The LGBT, Blames Victims For Orland Shooting

According to Inquisitr, the Duggars are against the LGBT community. Their faith doesn't support the right of the lesbians and gays. They also made it clear that they are against same-sex marriage. In fact, Josh Duggar joined the Family Research Council, a conservative Christian group that is anti-gay rights.

Per the report, the Duggars blame the victims for their doom in the recent Orlando gay shooting. The family responded to the tragedy by posting a verse that reads, "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. James 4:7-8."

The Duggars left no explanation, giving the readers the freedom to interpret it on their own understanding. However, the readers believe that the family did not support the loss of the families who mourn the death of the victims.

"The Duggars clearly believe it's the victims' fault," Connie Gunderson Zorkocy commented. Other followers accused the family of lack of compassion and for being self-righteous.

The Duggars Slammed About Posting Josh's Favorite Verse

On a side note, Parent Herald previously reported that the Duggars also posted Josh's favorite verse. The verse, taken from the book of Joshua 1:9, reads, "Have I not commanded thee? Be strong and of good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed; for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest."

But then the said comment received an intense backlash from its critics and followers. "Is that what he told his wife and all the girls he molested? 'Be strong, God is with you, while I break other tenants of our faith,'" one commented per MNR Daily.

The controversial post just brought Josh's molestation scandal to light again. Thus, the Duggars decided to take it down. The post has since been deleted/
