"Prison Break" Season 5 spoilers and updates from iDigitalTimes reveal that new footage for the upcoming season will be released at the San Diego Comic Con in July. According to the publication, Wentworth Miller, Dominic Purcell, Sarah Wayne Callies and Robert Knepper will be attending the said event.

Aside from treating fans to a "Prison Break" Season 5 sneak peek, the cast and crew will also be answering a couple of questions about the upcoming season. Executive producer Waun Wilmott will also attend the event.

Meanwhile, Digital Spy recently reported on the casting of Paul Adelstein as Paul Kellerman for the "Prison Break" revival. Kellerman has starred in the previous seasons of the series and in Season 4, his character was running for the presidency.

It remains to be seen whether Kellerman will become a friend to Michael or if he will turn back to his villainous ways in "Prison Break" Season 5. Adelstein's reprisal of role has led to speculations that William Fitchner will also be back in the series as Alexander Mahone.

Mahone was one of the fan-favorite characters in the show since he starred in Season 1. Many fans believe that the cast and crew's refusal to answer questions regarding Mahone's return in the "Prison Break" revival can be taken as a hint that his reprisal will be announced at the San Diego Comic Con.
