"Sense8" Season 2 will see the eight Sensates continue to strengthen their abilities to communicate as a group. In an interview with Buzzfeed, the cast and crew of the Netflix sci-fi series shared some exciting details about the upcoming season of the show.

"Going forward, she'll only be able to contribute more," said Tina Desai of her character, Kala. "Because in this season, there's more of Whisper hunting us while we're simultaneously trying to hunt him."

Jamie Clayton also hinted that in "Sense8" Season 2, fans and viewers will see the eight Sensates get together more as a group and figure out their powers. Spoilers also reveal that the eight Sensates will find a mentor to help guide them and learn more about their powers and abilities.

The discovery and strengthening of their skills and abilities will help them battle against Whispers and new dark characters in "Sense8" Season 2. Michael J. Straczynski also told Gold Derby that there will be more answers to fans' questions in the upcoming season.

"The second season is about providing a lot of the answers to the questions that viewers had after seeing the first season," he said.

Fans are speculating that "Sense8" Season 2 will also deal heavily with the love triangle between Wolfgang, Kala and Rajan. Aside from this, the relationships between characters are expected to be explored in the upcoming season.

"Sense8" Season 2 premieres in January 2017 on Netflix.
