Julianna Snow has battled an incurable disease all her young life. But because doctors advised the family that Julianna might not live longer, her parents left it up to her to make the decision. Would she choose heaven or hospital? Asking a young child who can barely understand life's concept was not easy for her parents, but it was a talk they needed to have with their daughter.

Not wanting to further prolong her agony, Julianna chose heaven, should the time come. That time was Tuesday, June 21 and the young girl peacefully died in her home surrounded by family, per People.
