Michael Schumacher Health Condition 2016 Rumors, Latest News & Updates: Stricken F1 Legend Suffering From Emotional Depression? Full Recovery Remains Uncertain

Up until now, reports on Michael Schumacher's current health status have remained scarce. But the latest news about the seven-time racing champ claimed that he is currently experiencing an emotional desolation, noting the unhappiness he feels about his condition.

Michael Schumacher's Rehabilitation

After Michael Schumacher's tragic skiing accident in December 2013 at the French Alps, the Schumacher family requested for a media blackout to ensure the secrecy of his health condition, as well as the privacy of the whole family. Despite the uncertainties of his recovery, the 47-year-old German car racing legend continued to undergo an intense rehabilitation program at a custom-built, state-of-the-art facility located at Schumacher's estate in Geneva, Switzerland.

In the highly secured suite, Michael Schumacher is under the care of fifteen medical specialists 24/7. The team is reportedly headed by professor Jean-Francois Payen, as per a previous Parent Herald report.

Michael Schumacher's Depression

Unfortunately, Michael Schumacher is unhappy with his current health condition. According to Movie News Guide, Schumacher is suffering from depression and is often seen in tears.

"Schumi cries," writer Giorgio Terruzi said, Daily Express quotes. "And sometimes mysteriously. He cries when he hears his children, his wife's voice, his dogs. In the silence of that room, a tear runs down his thin face at a known sound. We have a man that we usually consider unbeatable... engaged in a struggle. Inside this we can find... There is life, enclosed in a drop; there is the strength of a man who is moved and that moves each of us. We have his tears, his senses exposed."

In spite of the unwavering support from his wife Corinna, his two kids Gina and Mick, as well as his relatives, friends, colleagues and supporters, Michael Schumacher's physical limitations is taking a toll on him emotionally. In fact, Crossmap reveals Schumi remains to have a very limited awareness of his surrounding and he's still unable to talk, to walk or to perform any daily tasks so probably these factors are making him feel hopeless and worthless.

Michael Schumacher Finally Recovering?

Due to the seriousness of his head injury, Michael Schumacher's full recovery remains uncertain. As a matter of fact, even professional health experts cannot exactly predict if the embattled F1 superstar will fully recover.

"It depends very much on the severity of the injury, how young or fit they are," neurosurgeon Tony Belli said about Michael Schumacher's recovery, as per Headlines & Global News.

There's Still Hope For Michael Schumacher's Recovery

Despite the fact that several "not-so-good" reports have circulated about Michael Schumacher's health condition, former Ferrari boss Luca Di Montezemolo remained hopeful about Schumacher's situation.
