Good news, "DOOM" fans and gamers! Bethesda and id Software will be launching a massive "DOOM" update on Thursday, Jun. 30. The said update will reportedly bring new and exciting features into the classic demon-killing game.

'DOOM' Upcoming First Post-Launch Update And Release Date

The upcoming massive "DOOM" update is the game's first-ever post-launch patch that will be launched on Thursday, Jun. 30 on all gaming platforms such as PS4, Xbox One and PC. According to WCCFTECH's full "DOOM" update patch notes, the patch will not only bring exciting additions but also bring a series of glitch and bug fixes.

Speaking of fixes, the upcoming "DOOM" update will fix Steam Friends' Ultra-Nightmare helmets not populating the map in the game's single-player mode. In "DOOM" multiplayer mode, the upcoming update will drop various cosmetic and gameplay fixes as well as matchmaking improvements.

Classic 'DOOM' Weapon Placement

The upcoming "DOOM" update will also include a number of features and optimizations such as the classic "DOOM" weapon placement/view model option, which will make guns appear centered on the bottom of the screen. According to Shack News, the feature will be added to all modes.
