Adidas NMD Release July 4; Two New Variants Teased

There's no stopping Adidas from another Adidas NMD release.

The sneaker manufacturing giant has been on a roll this year with a slew of highly coveted releases with the Yeezy Boost, Adidas Ultra Boost and the NMDs. Now, new reports are claiming that the 3 stripes are not resting anytime soon. In fact, a new Adidas NMD release is reportedly due to hit select retailers a few days from now.

As Kicks on Fire reported, Adidas will be releasing the NMD "The Brand With the 3 Stripes" on July 4, 2016.

The new NMD will still have its signature mesh upper, a white midsole and black outsole and signature EVA inserts. What's unique about the new colorway is its design which shows the words "The Brand With the 3 Stripes" written all over its black exterior in white, with direct translations of the phrase in other languages.

Not too long ago, reports confirmed that a new variant called the Firestarter will be available at select retailers but will be very limited with only 300 pairs made to be sold worldwide.

The pair would be easily recognizable from afar as it showcases a bright orange-colored outsole and heel pull tabs with a clean white boost sole unit and tonal black EVA plugs.

Overkill, a Berlin-based sneaker retailer was the first to give a sneak peek of the new Adidas NMD limited pair, Kicks on Fire article reported.

Apart from these two Adidas NMD releases, a new colorway of the NMD City Sock will reportedly hit stands next month. Sneaker aficionados got a first glimpse of the variant in black just a few weeks back, and reports are claiming that a white/gray iteration is now underway.

Expect the new white/gray Adidas NMD City Sock to be released outside the U.S. on July 8, 2016. A U.S. launch will reportedly follow.
