For Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston, romance is definitely in the air when you go for an intimate dinner at an Italian restaurant with your loved one. But, when you have eight heavy-built security guards around you, watching over you - well, that is anti-romance!

It looked as though a small army is around to protect the 26-year-old singer and the 35-year-old actor. They were out on a dinner date at Gold Coast on Sunday in the evening.

Flanked by burly guards, one could not miss the couple while they enjoyed dinner at Gemelli's Italian in Broadbeach. It is reported that the whole affair looked bigger than most royals or politicians.

Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston, who are the new couple on the block, are constantly on the go. Nashville, Rome and England tours behind them, the couple made a quick stop at Rhode Island for the Fourth of July. After that they are now continued their journey Down Under.

The couple's relationship seems to be in a fast forward mode. They seem to be planning a whole future together - already!

It is less than a month when Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston took their relationship into the public arena. Now, Swift feels that Hiddleston is the perfect husband material. The couple has also expressed the desire of having kids together someday.

"This is the kind of a man she would want to marry," a source told E! News. "She has said he would make a great dad. They have talked about what they want in the future and kids are something that they would both like down the line. They have very real and serious conversations about life."

"Tay can't stop talking about Tom," another source said. "It's an ongoing conversation with the girls on how happy she is. Tay has mentioned numerous times how 'in love' with each other they are."
