'Rick and Morty' Season 3 Latest Air Date, News & Spoilers: Further Delay On The Animated Series; Adult Swim Released Latest Plots and Twists

Adult Swim's popular animated series "Rick and Morty" is set to have its comeback for its much-awaited Season 3. The popular "Rick and Morty" Season 3 is set for an official air date on July 26.

In its IMDB's listing, "Rick and Morty" Season 3 is set for its official release date on the 26th. Although the show has not provided "Rick and Morty" fans any updates yet. They did however, provided a cryptic announcement that they posted on Twitter.

According to @RickandMorty, "Season 3 is now 30 mins longer! Back to work for us."

Some fans find Adult Swim's cryptic message to probably have two meaning. Half of the pack thinks that the "Rick and Morty" Season 3 will be delayed and may be aired on August. The other half think that the show will just have an additional air date and will be played for an hour.

Those who think that Aduly Swim's "Rick and Morty" Season 3 will be aired late could not simply be blamed as they just wanted to get straight answers from the creator of "Rick and Morty." The official Twitter account of the show also posted several recording photos and the latest development on production that could also indicate the show's late production.

When Will "Rick and Morty" Season 3 Air?

According to The Bit Bag, "Rick and Morty" Season 3 may not even see the light of day this year and may come on March 2017 because of its late production. Also, during the season 2 Finale of "Rick and Morty," Mr. Poopybutthole indicated that it may take a year before the next season arrives.

Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon on the other hand, thinks that if the July release date of "Rick and Morty" Season 3 does not happen, the show will have a late 2016 air date.

Giahna Pantano revealed that during the season 3 first episode of "Rick and Morty," Rick will be able to escape the Federation prison. Morty will be seeing his ex-wife and Rick will have a backstory of his grandmother leaving his grandfather.

IMDB has not changed its official air date on July 26, so fans will just have to wait for a couple of days if "Rick and Morty" Season 3 will be aired on that day. If not, there is still an August rumored release date to look forward to.
