Nintendo Nes Is Back; Virtual Console Games Also Compatible With Wii, Wii U

Following the hype with the Pokemon Go rave, Nintendo isn't stopping at that. The Japanese company is now tapping into the hearts of its fans further with the classic Nintendo NES.

The company has announced the Nintendo NES mini news saying that the classic gaming console works just as a standalone device, in an Express UK post. This simply means it won't have any internet capabilities or can't connect to wifi.

The Nintendo NES mini gaming console also comes equipped with a variety of popular NES games that players of any age can relate to. It has been revealed that up to 30 retro Nintendo games are included, such as Super Mario Bros., going as far as Zelda.

Would-be Nintendo NES mini buyers are also advised not to purchase extra external storage as the Nintendo NES remake only caters to the games listed on Nintendo's official site. Other features that Nintendo NES fans would definitely want to work with would be the addition of the Nintendo NES classic controller. Talk about getting hardwired into the game, eh?

Anyway, the Nintendo NES controller might be retro and all, however, its modern version would also come with an HDMI and USB cable. What's also nice about it is that the Nintendo NES mini's classic controller is compatible with the Wii and Wii U.

In a related CBC News post, people who are back into retro gaming would have a likely advantage purchasing the Nintendo NES mini. This is so because these fans would have to shell out more than 200 dollars of Nintendo's classic games plus the original Nintendo NES console themselves.

With the Nintendo NES mini selling at $59.99 by November 11 this year, it definitely rakes in a lot of savings. Plus the value-added comfort of having those classic games pre-installed is like a huge pre-Christmas present already.
