Ellen DeGeneres, Portia de Rossi Divorce: 'Finding Dory' Star Struggled With Anger And Depression

Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi divorce rumors have been sweeping the net for some time, but the couple remains stronger than ever. A recent report reveals that the couple recently went on a vacation after going through a "very rough time" in their marriage.

Ellen DeGeneres and wife Portia de Rossi shared photos of their recent vacation. According to Radar Online, the couple was finally able to work their way through their marriage after overcoming hurdles and obstacles in their relationship.

"They were going through a very rough time, but that is over now," an insider told the publication.

Countless divorce rumors about the couple have been making rounds online such as issues with their baby plans or one of them cheating on the other. While the 58-year-old talk show host and her 43-year-old wife have been mum about the issues, the couple proved that they were able to withstand the issues together.

With regards to their plan to adopt a child to start their own family together, the insider dished that this is very far from their plans right now. DeGeneres and de Rossi previously made it clear in interviews that they are better off being by themselves instead of sharing a child with the public since they are in the entertainment industry.

DeGeneres also told MailOnline that she struggled with anger and depression after she came out and told the public about her sexuality. According to the "Finding Dory" actress, her coming out was initially celebrated until she was made fun of by comedians and other people.

"Not for a minute did I regret doing what I did, but it was hard," she said. "There was a whole lot of anger and depression, and it was scary because I was also running out of money."

Now, it appears Ellen DeGeneres is very happy with the way things turned out in her career and even in her relationship with Portia de Rossi. The "Ellen Show" host recently celebrated the success of her new movie "Finding Dory."
