'Blindspot' Season 2 Teaser Out; Jaimie Alexander & Sullivan Stapleton FEUD Put To Rest As Stars Enjoy Comic Con Together

Is there a feud going on between Jaimie Alexander and Sullivan Stapleton? The lead stars of "Blindspot" were rumored to not get along during the first season, with the actress allegedly asking producers to have Sullivan replaced.

Neither stars actually addressed the rumors, which identified Jaimie Alexander as a diva on the set, per Fox News. However, during the recent Comic Con event where the "Blindspot" stars were guests, Jaimie Alexander and Sullivan Stapleton finally put the rumors to rest. The two seem to get along just fine.

'Blindspot' Season 2 Stars Are Friends, Not Foes

On the red carpet at the Comic Con in San Diego, Jaimie Alexander and Sullivan Stapleton treated "Blindspot" fans to a pleasant photo op. The two gamely posed for the cameras together and at one point, Jaimie Alexander even jokingly held up her fist to pretend that she wanted to punch Sullivan Stapleton on the face. The actor was all smiles and rested his hands around her co-stars waist.

There doesn't seem to be animosity between the actors as they were seen laughing together at the red carpet, per Daily Mail. Jaimie Alexander's publicist claim the rumors about the feud stemmed from an ex-employee who had been spreading lies about the actress.


'Blindspot' Season 2 Adds 2 More Cast

Meanwhile, two more actors have been added to "Blindspot" Season 2 as series regulars. Luke Mitchell and Michelle Hurd will form part of the extremist group that Jane Doe (Alexander) used to belong, per The Hollywood reporter. Jane will be at odds with these people she used to work and grew up with. "Blindspot" Season 2 will be about Jane trying to stop her former group from carrying out their sinister plan to destroy the world.

According to Entertainment Weekly, "Blindspot" Season 2 will start three months after the last events in the earlier season. No tattoo storyline will be pursued in the first episode, but it will be more of an explanation as to who really Jane is and her real identity will finally be divulged.

"Blindspot" Season 2 premieres on Wednesday, Sept. 14 at 10 p.m. The show runs on NBC. Watch the teaser to Season 2 below.
