‘Prison Break’ Season 5: Will Sarah Fall Out Of Love For Michael? What To Expect In The Next Season?

"Prison Break" had definitely taken a really long break. It is returning to television after six long years. The series will return in 2017 and it was given a go signal from Wentworth Miller. The announcement was made at the San Diego Comic-Con 2016.

What will feature in the "Prison Break" revival? Many fans are very eager to know what the plot line can be. What will happen to Sarah and Michael's love story? Will they be together?

It was revealed by Dominic Purcell that it was Wentworth Miller who brought the idea to the table that the series can be revived. "Prison Break" had united both the actors as brothers on the show. On-screen they shared a very unique bond and the brothers were united when Purcell joined "Legends of Tomorrow."

"We got on set and it was just like we hadn't been apart for all these years and we started talking about 'Prison Break' and we started mulling through the idea of, 'Let's revisit this,'" said Purcell.

The actors, who are the main protagonists of the show, then approached the producers for the revival of the show. Miller praised the plot line suggested by the executive producer Paul Scheuring. The series, "Prison Break," will remain rooted to the main theme that it ran on but at the same time will provide a new angle to the veiwers. The idea would be radical and fresh, reported Independent.

In the trailer for "Prison Break, Miller is seen inside a Moroccan prison. He is seen chatting with an inmate and this is from where he will make his next "Prison Break." In the new trailer, it is shown how a stick of gum sets the whole ball rolling and ensures that Michael is on the other side of the wall, reported Hall Of Fame.

Has Sarah Has Moved On?

Michael leaves behind a wife and a son when he presumably dies at the end of the last season of the series. Sarah had to move on for the sake of her son. In the new season of "Prison Break," we might see that Sarah has moved on and probably fallen out of love for Michael.

The "Prison Break" revival will see Sara Tancredi having a new life, which will include a stepfather. Will things change when she knows that Michael is actually alive?

"Prison Break" will return in 2017 on Fox for a limited run.
