‘Pitch Perfect 3’ Cast & Spoilers: Adam Devine Not Returning? Asks Zac Efron To Play As His Sibling But 'HSM' Alum Declines

There is no doubt that many are waiting for the next installment of "Pitch Perfect." According to reports, "Pitch Perfect 3" is still not final, especially the cast.

Parent Herald previously reported that "Pitch Perfect 3" is delayed due to the alleged feud between Anna Kendrick, Elizabeth Banks and Rebel Wilsons. In fact, some sources claimed that Kendrick initially backed out from the upcoming "Pitch Perfect" film.

There are rumors that Rebel is mean in the "Pitch Perfect 3" set, including to Anna. While she played as a laid back funny girl in the musical comedy series, she's not like that in real life.

"Rebel pretends to be this really laid back funny girl but in real life, she is not at all like that," a source told Radar Online. "She can be really mean. And she was mean to Anna too."

Meanwhile, Adam DeVine also admitted that he has not received any call from the "Pitch Perfect 3" production, Yibada reported. Thus, he is still unsure if he will reprise his role in the upcoming flick.

Adam DeVine played the role of Bumper, Fat Amy's (Rebel Wilson) love interest. The pair has already made their relationship official in the last film and many are looking forward to seeing the new couple in "Pitch Perfect 3."

Meanwhile, there are rumors that Adam DeVine invited the "High School Musical" alum Zac Efron to join him in "Pitch Perfect 3" as his younger brother. There are rumors that Bumper will be replaced by his young brother. However, per Ecumenical News, Efron declined the offer as he has no interest in playing the role.

Efron admitted that Adam DeVine is trying hard to convince him to join "Pitch Perfect 3" but he doesn't think that he can match DeVine's skills. "Not a chance... I don't think I could because when he (DeVine) does it, it's great. He's so funny," Zac Efron explained.
