Alienware Launches Alienware Live AU A Hightech Gaming And VR Lounge

Alienware has given Australian gamers something to be excited about, as the best PC gaming hardware manufacturer launches a high-end gaming and virtual reality lounge in Chatswood, Sydney, called Alienware Live AU.

Known as the leader in PC gaming hardware, Alienware ties up with Chatswood internet cafe, City Hunter, for the brand new gaming space. Alienware Live AU features high-end PCs, loaded with the latest releases in games, along with an area dedicated solely for virtual reality space.

According to GameSpot, Alienware Live AU will have their full arsenal of top of the line laptops available, including selections of Area 51, Aurora, and Alpha. The gaming venue also features two Alienware PCs for the virtual reality space, equipped with the HTC Vive and the Oculus Rift in  separate areas. Both VR spaces will be running on 43-inch 4K monitors from Dell.

City Hunter co-founder Jun Zhong says of the state of the art gaming space that Alienware Live AU will be the perfect place for our community to come and experience the latest gaming hardware in a first-class venue, complete with the newest games like Overwatch, Doom and high-end VR experiences."

Alienware took to Twitter, to promote the launch of Alienware Live AU, where gamers could win tickets to the event with their "#PushYourLimits" campaign, encouraging fans to tweet how they push their gaming limits. Winners will not only get passes to the event along with airfare and accommodation but will also receive official Alienware merchandise.

 

 Ben Jackson, General Manager at Alienware, also voiced his excitement for the new Alienware project saying "Alienware Live AU is a great way for our fans to experience the latest Alienware hardware, provide a premium PC gaming experience for the City Hunter community, and play some games in a fully immersive environment!"

Alienware Live AU will launch on Aug. 18, 2016 in Chatswood, Sydney.
