A user suggested this app, but it seems for most are having some issues that the app is not accurate. Some user says that they are not able to see the actual Pokemon though in the "Pokemon Go" map it is visible.

This "Pokemon Go" third party app is still in beta, but it seems likely to be the only app that can be used in iOS. You might want to check website to check its release.

This app seems only available for selected regions and the only flaws that may find is that it only works in a large area with massive crowd due to it relies on crowdsource.
