Although it is difficult to tell if John Stamos post has something to do with the plot in "Scream Queens" Season 2, fans are quick to speculate that it could be a hint of the character's backstory, Hall of Fame Magazine reported. Meanwhile, Bustle suggested that with the given snapshot, Dr. Holt could be in danger or he could be the perpetrator.

A shower scene is usually not a safe place to be, especially in horror films or when a murderer is on the loose. The report likened Stamos' post into Alfred Hitchcock's classic "Psycho" film, which suggests that Stamos could be in danger. If not, then he could be the transgressor in "Scream Queens" Season 2.

Stanos character in "Scream Queens" Season 2 is described as "a brilliant - but secretive - head surgeon," which sounds so intrigued. The character could either be the victim or the big bad in the new season of "Scream Queens."
