Pregnant Fashion Designer Georgina Chapman : 'I'm most creative when I'm pregnant'

Fashion designer/actress Georgina Chapman is expecting her second child with husband Harvey Weinstein and is having a smooth and trouble-free pregnancy.

After dating for three years, Chapman and Weinstein tied the knot in December 2007 in Connecticut. The couple have a 2-year-old daughter, India Pearl.

The 36-year-old mom-to-be opened up with Celebritybabyscoop about her second pregnancy, career and family, recently.

"I am very lucky. The pregnancy has been perfect so far. I feel good; I am having an easy pregnancy," Chapman, who announced her second pregnancy early this month, told the website.

Chapman couldn't stop talking while referring to her little daughter India, who has already started displaying her interest in fashion designing.

"Being a 2-year-old, she loves running, drawing on everything, sticking things on everything. She's like a little Tasmanian devil running around [laughs]," she said. "She loves fashion already -  she strokes the dresses and goes, 'Beautiful dress, Mommy.' "

Champan is, however, not ready to compromise her family for her career.

"I make sure I carve out time to be with my daughter. My family is my number one priority," she said. "India comes into the office with me most days. She spends a lot of time with me at work. I don't know how that's going to work once she's at school - I'm going to miss her, it's going to be hard."

Surprisingly, pregnancy is boosting the proud mother's creative skills.

"It's funny, because I sometimes feel that I'm most creative when I'm pregnant," she said.

Chapman, who started a band named "Jesus and Mary Jane" at the age of 13, entered the world of modeling in her twenties. She has appeared in many advertisements, including "Head & Shoulders". Chapman is one of the co-founders of the fashion label Marchesa.

Weinstein has three daughters from his previous marriage with assistant Eve Chilton - Lily, Emma and Ruth.
