'Shameless' Season 7 Premiere Date, Latest News & Spoilers: More Mickey - Ian Romance? What Will Happen To Caleb?

Fans excited for the premiere of "Shameless" Season 7 need not wait for two more months to get insider scoop for the new season's plot as we got major spoilers! It seems there will be trouble in paradise for Caleb and Ian as they struggle to maintain the sparks they felt when they first met.

In the season 6 finale of "Shameless," the rest of the Gallaghers tossed their father, Frank (William H. Macy) , into a river, Deadline reported. When "Shameless" season 3 starts, we will see a vengeful Frank who awakens from a coma from the impact of his fall, eventually plotting an all-out war against his own family.

The producers of "Shameless" season 7 have also floated the idea that Caleb (Jeff Pierre) will be cheating on Ian (Cameron Monaghan), TV Guide reported. Ian will allegedly catch Caleb in a compromising position with a woman, dashing his hopes that he would find a great relationship right after his break up with Mickey (Noel Fisher). So does this mean we will see more Ian and Mickey in the coming season? Since the two characters still have not moved on from each other, that is a big possibility.

"Shameless" season 7 will be the latest season of the dark comedy-drama remake of the original British series that first premiered in 2011. "Shameless" season 7 will also star Emmy Rossum, Joan Cusack, Ethan Cutkosky, Shanola Hampton, Jeremy Allen White and Emma Kenney.
