NBA Trade Rumors: Blake Griffin Joining Dwayne Wade In Bulls? NO LA Clippers Want Griffin To Stay With Them Until He Retires

Los Angeles Clippers power forward Blake Griffin is one of the most talked names in the NBA trade rumors today. Reports have it that Griffin will be wearing another jersey in the next NBA season and many are excited to know where the five-time NBA All-Star will play.

Reports have it that Blake Griffin will be joining another team in the next NBA season. Morning Ledger reported that Clippers would rather lose Griffin by trading him over losing him in the free agency market.

Per the report, Blake Griffin will be joining Dwayne Wade in Chicago Bulls. In return, Clippers will have Bulls forward Bobby Portis and sharp-shooters Nikola Mirotic and Doug McDermott. The report added that Clippers may ask for more and request their prized-rookie Denzel Valentine.

Looking at the numbers of players Clippers will be asking in exchange of Blake Griffin, there is no doubt that Griffin has proven his worth. In fact, according to NBA trade rumors, several teams are planning to pursue Griffin and add him to their roster.

Parent Herald previously reported that San Antonio Spurs is planning to pursue Blake Griffin to complete their power three should they fail to acquire GSW superstar Stephen Curry. Meanwhile, in a separate report from Parent Herald, Orlando Magic is also eyeing Griffin as a potential addition to their roster.

Clippers know Blake Griffin's worth and potential so they are not letting him go. Doc Rivers told ESPN earlier that Clippers has no plans on trading Chris Paul, DeAndre Jordan and Blake Griffin.

In fact, Rivers added per Basketball Real GM that they want Blake Griffin to end his career with the Clippers and will turn down any trade talks involving the player. Looks like Magic, Bulls and Spurs have no chance of acquiring Griffin because per River, Griffin already said that he will still play for Los Angeles.
