Ashlee Simpson Baby: Second Pregnancy 'Feels New' to the Singer

Ashlee Simpson is a soon-to-be second time mom but the singer feels like motherhood is still something new! Simpson claimed that she needed to get used to her second pregnancy, according to People. Simpson is expecting a daughter with husband, Evan Ross. Jessica Simpson's little sister is already a mom to six-year-old son, Bronx Mowgli Wentz, whom she had with Fall Out Boy singer Pete Wentz. Ashlee and Pete divorced in 2011.

Ashlee and Evan were in attendance of the premiere of the latter's film, "Just Before I Go," in Los Angeles on Monday. Ashlee noted that each child has his or her own uniqueness. "I think that no matter what, with every child it's different," she told People. "It feels new to me too, and it's been six years, so I'm like, 'Here we go! We gotta learn how to get the swaddle on again!' "

Evan was not shy in admitting he is excited in becoming a father for the first time. "A lot of times, nervousness is actually just being excited and I can't wait," said the son of legendary singer, Diana Ross. "It is the most special thing that I could ever think of, and I'm really excited."

Ashlee said Bronx actually looks forward to having a sister. The six-year-old already has an eight-month old little brother as his dad, Pete, fathered a child with his girlfriend, Meagan Camper, last year.

"Bronx just could not wait to have tea parties with his sister!" added Ashlee. Meanwhile, the "Pieces of Me" singer is currently busy staying in shape while pregnant. The Tracy Anderson workouts allegedly help the 30-year-old singer maintain a healthy pre-natal physique, according to US Magazine.

The pregnant singer allegedly does a pre-natal dance exercise, too. Ashlee commended cardio barre when she posted, "Coming from a dancing background, cardio barre is my favorite way to workout! It feels great to be physically challenged at the ballet barre while doing a combination of techniques used by dancers."

Evan complimented the way his wife takes life easy, even while pregnant. The musician-actor observed his wife rarely showed challenges in carrying on in pregnancy. He said, "She has to be the best pregnant mom in the world. Everybody talks about how hard it is but she is so easy and enjoys it and smiles all the time."

Ashlee and Evan announced the former's second pregnancy in December last year, as reported in The Daily Mail UK. The pair wed in August 2014.
