Game News: 'Metal Gear' Is Back With A New Four-Player Co-OP; 'Metal Gear' Survive First Trailer has Just Arrived

After 2 years of silence, Konami is back with their prolific "Metal Gear" Franchise. Konami is just about to release the new "Metal Gear" Survive.

Konami has just announced the upcoming "Metal Gear" Survive on the first day of Gamescom 2016 along with the "Metal Gear" Survive's Teaser Website. Konami revealed the gameplay of "Metal Gear" Survive, it has a four-player coop game mode with its famous element, stealth style.

"Metal Gear" Survive set in the events after the Ground Zero and instead of controlling Snake, this time, players will be one of the military survivors of the "Metal Gear" Grounds Zero. Konami said in a press release held by The Verge, the new Metal Gear Survive will deliver a fresh element of the old stealth style with a Co-Op game mode for a more engaging multiplayer experience.

"Metal Gear" Survive will bring back the traditional pistols alongside with a couple of rifles and new sets of skills and masteries that can be upgraded. The addition of the Bow and Arrow is one the features with a specific animation generated for the new "Metal Gear" Survive weapon.

The "Metal Gear" franchise has set a monument for being the longest running game franchise of all time. For 30 years, Konami is still enjoying the success of the "Metal Gear" Franchise. With the "Metal Gear" Survive as the 23rd Metal Gear game, "Metal Gear" is sure to become a legend in the gaming industry. "Metal Gear" Survive will be the first game to be released after the Metal Gear's creator Hideo Kojima leaved Konami. Contract with the LA Studios was also canceled after shutting down the "Metal Gear" Online.
