NBA Trade Rumors: LA Lakers Now Ready To Trade Julius Randle To Nuggets; Timberwolves Also Trading Ricky Rubio?

According to latest NBA trade rumors, Ricky Rubio and Julius Randle are on their way to wearing another jersey on the next NBA season. Reports are rife that the pair will be traded to another team.

Morning News USA reported that Los Angeles Lakers is now ready to trade Julius Randle to Denver Nuggets. Most would probably think that Lakers is keeping Randle but it is not the case.

According to ESPN forecast, Lakers will be the worst team in the upcoming NBA league in the Western Conference. For Lakers fans, you would probably agree that the team faced a huge loss after losing Kobe Bryant to retirement. The four-time All-Star MVP is not someone that Lakers could easily replace, especially with youngsters on their roster.

Speaking of youngsters, Lakers Nation reported that majority of the talents in Lakers are too young to compete with the veterans in the NBA league. When prompted who would lead the team without Bryant, Luke Walton found a potential in D'Angelo Russell and Julius Randle.

However, things might have changed as both players are now included in the NBA trade rumors. Parent Herald previously reported that Sacramento Kings is interested in having D'Angelo Russell in the team that they are willing to trade DeMarcus Cousins or Rudy Gay.

Meanwhile, other sources claim that Julius Randle will be traded to Denver Nuggets. Daniel Lewis of Denver Stiff confirmed that there are rumors suggesting a trade between Los Angeles Lakers and Denver Nuggets. The trade involves Julius Randle, Kenneth Faried and Gary Harris. Per the report, Lakers is also willing to include their shooting guard Nick Young.

Meanwhile, Latin Post reported that Minnesota Timberwolves are also considering on trading their veteran point guard Ricky Rubio. Rubio who averaged 10.1 points, 8.6 assists and 4.3 rebounds per game might land in Sacramento Kings.
