Khloe Kardashian Asked Kim to Dress North West in Pink

Khloe Kardashian revealed that nieces, North, 23 months, and Penelope, 2, and nephew, Mason, 5, call the shots on the designs for the Kardashian Kids Fashion Clothing brand, according to People magazine. 

"We [Khloe, sisters, Kourtney and Kim] definitely use them as inspiration, and the collection speaks to their personalities," Khloe confessed. "The boys line, especially, is very much all about Mason and his friends."

Designing clothes for her nieces and nephew lets Khloe get to know them in a more personal level.

"It's hysterical how kids have their own personalities, even at like 3 or 4," according to the reality star. "Penelope likes to dress herself, for example, and what she's drawn to is totally different than what North is drawn to. And they're not even 3 years old yet!"

Khloe noted that Penelope prefers feminine clothes compared with her cousin, North. Kim Kardashian's daughter is all about wearing black, said her famous godmother and aunt.

However, Khloe did not hesitate asking Kim to dress North up in pink for a change. The 30-year-old star shared, "Kim recently put North in an all pink leotard and tutu, and she texted me and was like, 'Look, I put North in pink just for you!' "

The feminine colored wardrobe is not what North had in mind though. Khloe confessed that, "North didn't like it - North wanted a black tutu."

Kim Kardashian shared her daughter's fashion taste. "She's really particular about what she likes to wear, she's such a girlie girl," she said in an interview with Vogue. "Every day she wakes up and says 'shoes.' You have to bargain with her-before you change her diaper she needs a pair of shoes on."

Khloe observed that each parent has his/her own parenting styles. She noted, "Everyone says that when you have kids, you become crazy."

As for the type of parent she sees herself to become someday, Khloe said, "I don't know what I'm going to be. But I'm a really fun aunt, so I hope I'm going to be a fun mom!"

"I like to have fun and be silly and not take myself too seriously with the kids, so I hope that will translate when I actually have my own," she added.

North and Penelope seemed to have formed a good bond as cousins. Aunt Khloe said the two girls attend ballet classes together always, as reported in Hollywood Life.

Meanwhile, an article in Daily Mail reported that North made her first appearance in "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" in an episode that aired on Sunday. North appeared in the reality show in scenes with dad, Kanye West, while shooting a music video with him.
