Moto X 2016 Latest Specs, Price & Launch: Moto X Phone To Come September? Latest Images Revealed

Motorola is quite busy these days as the company prepares the launch of Moto X 2016. The new phone from the company is rumored to be packed with great specs that fans would love.

The Moto X 2016 will continue the X series of Lenovo and will have great specs to boot.  In an official statement be Lenovo, the company mentioned that Moto X and Moto Z both have the same qualities although they also provide different experiences for its consumers.

The upcoming Moto X 2016 will be more welcomed by consumers as Lenovo also stated that the upcoming phone will be a mid-range phone. The upcoming model was spotted on GeekBench benchmarking website and carries a model number of XT1635-01, as per GSM Arena.

The upcoming Moto X 2016 will feature a 3GB of RAM and will run an Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. It will be powered by Snapdragon 625 chipset with an octa-core 2.02GHz processor.

The Bitbag reported that Moto X 2016 will have a full metal design. As the latest leaked image for the Motorola phone contains curved edges with the Home Button placed below the screen.

Moto X 2016 will also have a "Heat Pipe" to aid in reducing the heat of the phone especially during long use and play. Evan Blass, who always provide accurate leaks speculated that Moto X 2016 will have two variants.

 

Both Moto X 2016 variants will have a metal case with swappable, modular backplate. It will have a camera grip, a battery pack and a rugged cover to name a few.

While Motorola has not yet announced when Moto X 2016 would be released, a good indication that it is near is the latest sale for the Moto X Pure Edition. With the discount given for the Pure Edition, reports are circulating that Moto X 2016 will be launched after September. Moto X 2016 will be priced at $400 so make sure to save up before its release.
