'The Originals' Season 4 Release Date, News & Update: Klaus Mikaelson, Hayley Marshall To Discover Dark Side In Hope?

"The Originals" Season 4 won't take long before Klaus Mikaelson (Joseph Morgan) and Hayley Mashall (Phoebe Tonkin) discover a worrying side to Hope (Summer Fontana). To be sure, "The Originals" cast will be coming out of a time jump after S3 finale "The Bloody Crown" where Marcel Gerard (Charles Michael Davis) temporarily emerged as sole New Orleans boss.

"The Originals" Season 4 will quickly change dynamics as Klaus Mikaelson will manage to escape Marcel Gerard's dungeon prison after his Tunde Blade-induced incarceration. Just as well because Klaus Mikaelson will soon be hunted by the new Season 4 villain possibly named Alistair Duquesne (Neil Jackson), who holds a hundred years of grudge against the original hybrid.

As Parent Herald cites, Klaus Mikaelson and Hayley Marshall also have to protect Hope against a mysterious force bent on causing harm to the children of New Orleans in "The Originals" Season 4. How this force and Alistair are connected will be revealed in "The Originals" Season 4, hopefully before Vincent Griffith (Yusuf Gatewood) becomes roped in by S4 villainy and before Hope and all the New Orleans children become victims.

Perhaps, however, Klaus Mikaelson and Hayley Marshall will get a surprise from Hope. Showbiz Junkies cites Phoebe Tonkin in speculating that Hope has a dark side to her by merit of being daughter to Klaus Mikaelson.

According to Phoebe Tonkin, the daughter of Klaus Mikaelson and Hayley Marshall will begin coming into her own in "The Originals" Season 4. Phoebe Tonkin predicted that Klaus Mikaelson and Hayley Marshall will discover not only the darkness in Hope but also that the littlest Mikaelson is a formidable witch.

By that virtue, Phoebe Tonkin predicted that Hope will be an ally to Freya (Riley Voelkel) rather than a protege for Klaus Mikaelson or Hayley Marshall. "The Originals" Season 4 villains will, therefore, have their hands full with budding power in Hope, an angry Klaus Mikaelson, a protective Hayley Marshall and the rest of the Mikaelsons eager to be back in action.
