1.    Brad Pitt

2.    Gwyneth Paltrow

The actress is all for eating healthy for her kids to ensure good stamina for them. Paltrow lets readers in on her secret in conquering the challenge in motivating her little ones to care for their health by eating right.

"On the weekends, I make a big thing of steamed brown rice to keep in the fridge. I make a big thing of my vegetarian chili. I make turkey meatballs. I stock the fridge with stuff we can eat. My daughter will come home from school and have a bowl of chili almost every day," she shared. "It's difficult. As a mother you want them to eat good food. You don't want them to be hungry. It goes through phases. I do bowls of a lot of little things," she admitted.

She then advised, "My best tip for kid eating is what I call in the book a rice cream sundae. Have dips and little cubes of chicken and steamed peas. Say, you do it yourself. They're into it. Different sauces. Stuff where they're autonomous."

3.    Naomi Watts

The supermodel is strict when it comes to teaching her kids lessons in learning to share. Watts said she puts her kids' toys in a "jail" bin to teach them a thing or two about sibling generosity.

4.    Elizabeth Banks

The advice Banks has for parents is simple. However, sometimes pride gets in the way in following through this tip.
