'God of War' 4 News and Updates; Release Date, Gameplay and New Combat System Revealed

The new "God of War 4" is currently in development and fans are expecting for a great and rich gameplay than the previous sequels. Santa Monica Studios are working on a brand new gameplay more than the Playstation fans would expect.

"God of War 4" was announced last E3, but no further details were revealed aside from the announcement of its development. Today, according to iTechpost, the "God of War 4" is set to deliver a gameplay with an interesting story line.

"God of War 4" will feature Kratos and his son as a dynamic duo, a new combat style for the God of War franchise. With the said new featured tandem characters, the camera has been revamped as well, "God of War 4" camera views will be presented similar to Resident Evil 4.

Creative Director Cory Barlog confirmed about the new gameplay. As per Gaming Bolt reported, Barlog is considering a suggestion from a Playstation fan to create a combo customization for "God of War 4." Though the game's combat system is currently in critical development, Cory Barlog ensures that every bit of the combat system of "God of War 4" will be more satisfying than the previous release.

In addition, the new "God of War 4" is set for a different approach. In "God of War 4", exploration is the main feature of the game, leaving the traditionally funneled combat with a fix camera angles. Kratos will be no longer the rage-fueled warrior as we all known of him, instead Kratos will be more of an introspective.

Moreover, "God of War 4" will deliver something that players wouldn't expect. With its interesting story line, Cory Barlog also mentioned that some of the characters from the previous sequels would have an appearance on the new "God of War 4."

Playstation fans can't really wait to see what is new about the "God of War 4." As per Vine Report said, "God of War 4" is expected to launch early 2017 exclusively for Playstation 4, delivering a more heart-wrenching approach.
