Beyonce, Jay Z & Blue Ivy News: Family Spends Vacation in Italy [Photos]

Despite the celebrity status and the mega-million net worth of the Carters, it turns out that they're just like regular people on vacation.

On a recent trip to Italy to attend the wedding of one of their billionaire buddies, according to US Magazine,  Beyonce, her husband Jay Z and their daughter Blue Ivy, escaped their routine life in Hollywood to enjoy the sights, the places and the food in the country. Every bit of their adventure was documented by the Grammy-winning artist on her official website. Just like the rest of the common people, Queen Bey happily posed and enjoyed touring like a foreigner with her family.

In one of the shots, the singer teased her followers with a sumptuous slice of authentic Italian pizza inside a local pizzeria, amidst unsuspecting locals. She also shared a snap of hers where it looked like she's unable to contain her happiness over a good helping of gelato. She puts a spoonful of it in her mouth as she eats inside the car.

There was also a photo of her sans makeup and fancy accessories, as she takes a ride on a carousel with her daughter, and another one taken in their hotel room, where they seemed to be goofing on the bed. There was also a shot of Beyonce with Blue Ivy, and the queen looked really refreshed and serene, perhaps because she's enjoying every minute of her vacation with her family.

Beyonce also posed in front of many local establishments for a photo of the area, as any other tourist would and she didn't seem to care. She also didn't care when she was pictured sleeping in the car. It was a grand vacation and it was obvious she was relishing every moment of it.

Of course, Jay Z was in many of the photos as well, mostly with his daughter, as Beyonce got dibs on the camera. But there was a solo shot of him from the back. It was set against the beautiful Italian town they were visiting. It's one of the first photos that will pop on top of Beyonce's website.

The family getaway in Italy comes only days after the power couple was reported to have caused a frenzy in Norway. As Hollywood Life reported, the Carters were mobbed in the European city, after their visit to the Tidal office. Thankfully, no one was hurt and the family got to enjoy the rest of their trip afterwards.
