Ben Affleck & Jennifer Garner Divorce: Couple Puts Up a United Front at Farmers Market With Kids

Amidst rumors that their 10-year marriage is heading for divorce, Hollywood couple Ben Affleck, 42, and Jennifer Garner, 43, were seen walking with their children and joining shoppers at the local farmer's market in Pacific Palisades on Sunday. Together with Violet, 9, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3, Ben and Jen were spotted walking hand-in-hand with their children, who received treats and toys from their parents while they shopped around, according to Radar Online.

Wearing laid-back weekend clothes, Ben and Jen wore sunglasses to shield their eyes from the scorching sun as well as hide their gazes from prying photographers. At one point, Jen was photographed with a huge smile on her face as she carried bags of their purchases, a bouquet of flowers and a huge watermelon. She also chatted with some of the other shoppers, this time with her sunglasses drawn up, according to Daily Mail.

As mommy was busy at the market, the "Batman vs. Superman" star kept watch over the two younger children as they ate ice cream. Ben also bought Seraphina and Samuel balloon animals. The boy, by the way, chose to wear a Ninja Turtle costume during this weekend romp and even brought a toy weapon, Raphael's sais, along with it. Eldest child Violet was nowhere to be photographed, but the reports said that she was also with her parents.

Jennifer was also spotted approaching her husband to talk about something, and even though Ben hardly cracked a smile the whole time the paparazzi followed them, it seemed like the family was doing their usual activities together in the most natural way, belying rumors that this marriage is in trouble.

Divorce stories surfaced back in May following Jennifer's interview with Yahoo Parenting, where the actress admitted "a lot of patience" is needed to keep a marriage going. "You have to just hang in there while you figure it out," Garner said in the interview.

The rumor was further fueled when reports surfaced that Ben didn't celebrate Mother's Day with his wife and that the actress has apparently started discussing with a divorce lawyer, according to Music Times. Ben's lifestyle, with the constant partying and gambling, have been cited as one of the reasons for Jennifer calling it quits, so says the rumor mill. But after this recent family time, it seems that Ben and Jen are doing their best to show the world that the stories surrounding their marriage are baseless.
